Refund and Subscription Policies: Terms for Paid Services

We aim to offer a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our authors. Once a paper is approved for publication in "JOURNALNAME," the authors are required to pay publication fees based on their specific author category.

Publication Fees (APC)

The JOURNALNAME offers a high-quality publishing platform for research scholars. All papers undergo rigorous peer review by qualified researchers before publication.

The SOCIETY operates as a self-sustaining organization without financial support from institutions or governments. Therefore, the journal's operations are funded solely by processing charges from authors.

As an Open Access Journal, JOURNALNAME does not require subscription fees since the journals are freely accessible online. To cover expenses, we partially rely on article processing charges (APC). These charges encompass editorial costs, electronic composition and production, journal information systems, manuscript management systems, electronic archiving, overhead expenses, and administrative costs. Additionally, we strive to provide research paper publication at the lowest feasible cost.

Fast Track Publication Fee:

For authors seeking expedited assessment of their manuscript, the journal may offer a fast-track review option. This may involve shorter review periods or expedited editorial processing for an additional fee of $ ## (USD) or ₹ ###/-.

Open Access Processing Charges (Online)

Open Access Processing Charges for Indian Authors (Article charge + Certificate + DOI): ₹ ####/-

Open Access Processing Charges for Foreign/International Authors (Article charge + Certificate + DOI): $ ## (USD)

Hard Copy of Certificate Charges including postal charges (Only in India): ₹ ###/-

The publication fees include:

Standard fees covering the online publication of a complete Research Paper (with a maximum of 5 authors permitted)
A digital copy of the certification of paper publication (Single copy with all authors' names)
A digital confirmation letter regarding the paper's publication in JOURNALNAME (per paper)

Handling charges for paper and author details

Basic formatting, DOI assignment, typesetting, publishing, and listing of papers in the JOURNALNAME Search Digital Library

Indexing by Google Scholar, DRJI, Academia.edu, and other platforms

Providing Automated citation generator for published papers

Terms and Conditions for Hardcopy Requests:

Upon request from the corresponding author only, we will send a single hard copy of the certificates. Please review all details in the soft copy of the certificate to avoid errors. If any inaccuracies are found, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the certificate email. Once the hard copy shipment is dispatched, further corrections cannot be made.

To proceed with the hard copy, we require your address details. If provided, we assume the address is correct. If the provided residential address is incorrect and the shipment is returned, further processing will not be possible. If you still wish to receive a hard copy, a fee of 600/- (for Indian Residents only) will apply.

The dispatch process for hard copies will take a minimum of 1 month and may extend up to 2 months during periods of heavy workload. All certificates will be dispatched between the 25th and 31st of each month.

Refund Policy

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional paper processing and publishing services. However some situations may arise where a refund might be requested so you may refer to our refund policy outlined below. This refund policy delineates the terms and conditions for seeking a refund pertaining to any transactions associated with our journal:

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds will only be entertained for payments made to the "JOURNALNAME."

Only the individual who made the original payment is entitled to request a refund.

Valid Reasons for Refund:

Duplicate Payment: In the event of inadvertent duplicate payments, we will refund the excess amount in full.

Service Unavailability: If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to fulfill the promised services (e.g., publication processing, indexing, or archiving), you may qualify for a refund.

Payment Errors: Refunds may be considered for payments made erroneously, such as overpayments or incorrect billing amounts.

Refund Request Procedure:

To request a refund, a written request must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.

The request should include the following details:

Full name of the payer

Contact information (email address and phone number)

Payment date and transaction ID

Reason for the refund request

Supporting documents or evidence, if applicable

Refund Processing:

Refund requests will undergo thorough review, and a decision will be communicated within 14 business days from the receipt of the refund request. Refunds will be processed through online channels within 15-20 working days. If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method utilized for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Amount:

The refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances of each case.

For duplicate payments and payment errors, the excess amount will be refunded in full.

In instances of service unavailability, a pro-rated refund may be granted, considering the portion of the service not delivered.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Manuscript Processing Fee: Once the editorial process has commenced, manuscript processing fees are non-refundable.

Publication Charges: Once an article is published or author certificates are released, publication charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are not available if you choose to withdraw your paper from consideration or decline to revise and resubmit it.

Refunds are not provided if your paper is removed due to Copyright Infringement Claims.

Corrections

Authors cannot make corrections to their articles after the publication issue/indexing.

If corrections are desired after publication issue/indexing, an additional fee will apply, based on the extent of changes needed.
